Ever wanted to spend a weekend with furs and pups in the sun? In 2026, for the second time, we are holding a 5 day festival party held in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria at the Axel Resort Hotel.
Over 5 days we will have pool parties, excursions, equipped play spaces, club nights, and of course plenty of time for you to relax! It's open to all genders and identities as you would expect for Animalz.
2025 is already sold out and kicks off our brand new furry convention concept, but you can join us for 2026. You will sell out so be the first to know when tickets go on sale.
What's it all about?!
The Axel hotel is an Adults only, fun encouraged hotel for the LGBTQ+ community. All rooms are suites with kitchen, lounge, AC, and balcony! It's centrally located for the main nightlife, sand dunes, and beaches. Includes pools, gardens, and secluded areas.

Animalz: HotDogz is a choose your own adventure. We run a small, but quality, number of events through the time with us. We try to supply a mix of fun parties, relaxing island vibes, and social opportunities.
Party or Relax - You Choose
It's going to be deadly hot! I'm gonna die a million deaths in June?! No.
Gran Canaria has lovely cool breezes throughout the year. In June the average is 22 °C with almost guaranteed sun!
Want to fursuit? It's warm but possible during the day. At night, however, it's much easier, and you'll be both safe and welcome at venues within the Gay district (Yumbo).
